Studies have shown that enhancing emotional self-awareness— the capacity to recognize and comprehend one's own emotions— can reduce mental health symptoms and enhance coping mechanisms. Through this application, users can establish and monitor up to six self-care objectives, including exercise, meditation, mindfulness, personal hygiene, sleep, and social interaction. Moreover, individuals can designate friends, family members, and healthcare professionals as part of their support system. In cases where a user is consistently falling short of their goals, TutumNet will contact their network via email or text message to prompt them to offer support.
